To initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please download and complete the RMA Form in full and email it to: [email protected]
Once your request is reviewed and approved, an official RMA Number will be issued via email.
After receiving your RMA Number, return the devices to the address below.
Please ensure the RMA Number is clearly displayed on the shipping label and the outside of the package.
